FAQ's
What happens to the code (Microservices or LibSets) when the collaboration with EPS ends?
Customer Code: Everything developed specifically for your project becomes your property after acceptance and full payment. Source and build artifacts are provided to you.
EPS Components (existing technology, e.g., LibSets): No transfer of ownership; the customer receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use them.
Updates/Maintenance: Only available with a separate maintenance/SLA agreement.
Distribution: Your own code can be freely used; EPS components may not be shared or sold without explicit permission.
The code belongs to the customer. When the collaboration ends, you receive the source code for independent maintenance. Alternatively, the customer can continue using the code under a license and benefit from updates. The contract stipulates that the code may not be redistributed, copied, or sold.
What are the benefits of EPS Microservices for web application development?
