FAQ's
How does digital order and route transmission work with tranSvia's order system, and what information is transmitted?
Orders can be created directly from your ERP/disposition system or manually in tranSvias. In addition to tour and order data, accompanying documents, customer information, time slots, special instructions and documents are also transmitted. Addresses are automatically geocoded (converted into GPS coordinates) and transferred to the vehicle navigation system. During execution, the system provides real-time status reports (including geofencing), GPS positions and electronic proof of delivery (POD) – for end-to-end transparency and reliable traceability.
How do I integrate tranSvia's order into my existing ERP/disposition system?
tranSvias offers standard interfaces for easy connection (API/file interfaces/common data exchange formats), enabling seamless data flow between your systems.
How long does implementation take?
The implementation time depends on the scope and customisation requirements: in many cases, basic integration can be completed very quickly (days to a few weeks); complex adjustments or extensive mapping may take longer. Typical steps: requirements analysis, interface mapping, test data import, integration testing and go-live. Support and customisation are available to minimise the time to production.
