The Data Lounge provides a clear overview of all the relevant key figures for the stove, such as energy consumption, appliance status and usage times. An unprecedented overview to increase quality, efficiency and operational safety. In addition, notifications from the stove about relevant events can be received by SMS or e-mail.

EPS was commissioned to design the Data Lounge from scratch and develop a style guide for internal implementation at Menu System.

Modern design in CD from Menu System
Simple and intuitive operation

In collaboration with Menu System, an analysis of the requirements and use cases was carried out, and personas of the user groups were created.

The next step was to develop a UX concept for the various use cases that is tailored to the personas and allows simple and intuitive operation.

In collaboration with our partner EPSza in South Africa, we developed a modern UI design based on Menu System’s corporate design, implemented the most important screens for desktop and mobile, and created a style guide that served as a reference for the development team during implementation.

Menu System was very satisfied with the UX concept, the designs created and the style guide.
