KrisenKompass is a digital platform for professional crisis management. Combining a mobile app and a web application, the solution supports institutions with risk analysis, protection and response planning, and the structured management of critical incidents. EPS took over the existing solution, modernized its technical foundation, and continues to develop the platform for different target groups and requirements.
With EPS, 17minutes has a reliable partner for the sustainable modernization and further development of the existing platform. This enables new requirements, additional variants, and ongoing improvements across both the mobile app and the web application to be implemented efficiently.
The goal was to take over the existing Crisis Compass solution, stabilize it technically, and create the foundation for its long-term further development. At the same time, both the mobile app and the web application were to be modernized, different variants harmonized, and new requirements as well as multilingual versions enabled.
EPS reviewed the existing system landscape, complemented the documentation, and gradually took over the further development of the solution. The main focus was on modernizing the mobile app, advancing the web application, harmonizing and customizing different variants, and continuously expanding the platform’s functionality.
