Buhler Group is the world’s leading manufacturer of technology and processes for grain processing of flour and animal feed. The same applies to the production of pasta and chocolate, die casting, wet grinding and surface coating.
Buhler Group uses Confluence for software development, product management, as a Wiki solution and to create documentation and manuals. With Jira they design their project management, realize their software projects and use it actively in the documentation process.
EPS was allowed to support the company Buhler Group during the implementation and will be at their side on the further way.

The project specifications of Bühler AG were first analyzed in detail and a solution proposal was developed.
Buhler Group requires software for the efficient design of the process handling. In addition, it should be expandable to actively integrate the TechDok software.
After an initial free consultation, in which we were allowed to present our solution proposal, Buhler Group decided to work with us.
In the following steps we carried out the entire installation, licensing and configuration of the Atlassian products. Bühler AG decided to host the instance for internal use at our sister company 4net. After these points were completed, the employees and administrators of Buhler Group were trained in its use.
So far, we have been working for them in an advisory capacity and are supporting them with a service around Atlassian.
