Skiing and hiking day in Hoch-Ybrig
On February 27, 2026, we visited Hoch-Ybrig – one of the most beautiful winter resorts in Central Switzerland. Groomed slopes, idyllic winter hiking trails, and a panorama that is simply breathtaking.
But the real highlight? Two absolute rookies who, armed with a healthy dose of courage, determination, and the firm belief that gravity would be kind to them, ventured out onto the snow on skis and a snowboard for the first time. Their coworkers were quite skeptical beforehand.
For their very first day on the slopes, Balram and Joel really delivered and impressed us all. No turning back, no giving up – just pushing through and getting better with every turn. Hats off!
A mountain does more for colleagues than any team meeting. You laugh, you discover the people behind the faces you otherwise only know from across the conference table – and today, two of them even discovered skiing and snowboarding for themselves. That energy? It stays with you. In the office, throughout the week, in the team.
