Tuboly-Astronic AG winding machines enable the rational production of the end customer’s range of coils, offer the highest level of operating comfort through visual feedback and thus reduce incorrect manipulations. The high technical standard ensures maximum availability and operational safety in accordance with regulations. To be able to control such a complex winding machine, it requires a corresponding software.
This is exactly where we were able to offer our support to Tuboly-Astronic AG.
The company Tuboly-Astronic AG has decided to cooperate for the following reasons
We started with a kind of preliminary project in which we conducted several workshops with Tuboly-Astronic AG. The focus was on finding out the detailed specifications of the HMI. Once these specifications had been worked out, planning and then implementation could begin.
The employees of Tuboly-Astronic AG were integrated into the EPS team and could use the premises at our location. Due to the agile approach an efficient teamwork could be guaranteed.
The project was realized in a period of approx. 1.5 years. However, we are still available to Tuboly-Astronic AG with support and service for additional customer requirements.
