EVEN AT A FIXED PRICE – AGILE TARGET ACHIEVEMENT

EVEN AT A FIXED PRICE – AGILE TARGET ACHIEVEMENT

Thanks to the agile EPS procedure, our customers receive innovative productions, which are completely developed but well-timed on the market – without overshooting their budget.

When developing made-to-measure software, assumptions must often be made at the beginning. All the specific requirements of new software occur only gradually. This takes into account our field-tested agile methods. At a fixed cost, it balances the scheduling commitment and functional scope of the new product. In addition, you always know the development status and can continually influence the next steps.

The agile EPS procedure assumes fixed costs as a constant. Initially, the development project is split into manageable phases with achievable milestones. A fixed price bid is provided for each of these phases. In turn, each phase is split into time periods of usually four to six weeks. The defined tasks are processed in these time periods and a software release is presented at the end of this period. In addition, a report about the successes, the accumulative findings, the unfinished tasks and the coordination with the ongoing procedure is presented. This allows the course of the project to be influenced in terms of strategy and content in mutual coordination. Costs, deadlines and functions are balanced, by identifying the target/actual deviations of the functional scope and deadlines and reassessing these.

All the important factors under control – thanks to the agile development process of EPS: This applies for the costs, deadlines and functionality equally.
